(Please note that the Journal is not recognized by the UGC in its UGC List of Journals)
The Indian Journal of Dalit and Tribal Studies and Action engages with Buddhist Studies, Bahujan Studies, Dalit Studies, and Tribal Studies. Its primary goals are, to bring to the public academic domain research papers and articles by scholars, activists and practitioners working on issues concerning Buddhism with a special thrust on India. The IJDTSA offers the opportunity for constructive theoretical engagement and critical dialogue in the interest of achieving a deeper understanding of Buddhist Theory. Ours is an academic journal, and we wish to hold strict standards of articulation. The attempt is to open up spaces of dialogues across realities and not demean or dehumanise the ‘other’.
